This Privacy Policy explains how Wymzy Industries LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use Persimmon ("the Service"), a web-based image toolkit operated at persimmon.tools. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password. Your password is hashed using bcrypt before it is stored. We never store your password in plain text.

2.2 Images You Upload

When you use our image tools (background removal, compression, or resizing), you upload images to our servers for processing. These images are processed in memory and are not stored after processing completes. Once the processed result is delivered to your browser, the original and processed images are discarded from our systems. We do not retain, archive, or use your uploaded images for any purpose beyond fulfilling the immediate processing request.

2.3 Payment Information

Payments are processed by Stripe. When you purchase a credit pack, we receive only your card's last four digits and card brand (e.g., Visa, Mastercard) from Stripe for display on your receipt and account page. We never see, receive, or store your full credit card number, CVV, or billing address. Stripe's collection and handling of your payment data is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.

2.4 Usage Data

We collect basic usage data such as page views and feature usage to understand how the Service is used and to improve it. We do not use tracking pixels, browser fingerprinting, or any third-party advertising trackers. We do not build advertising profiles about you.

2.5 Credit Usage

We track the number of credits in your account and maintain a record of when credits are purchased and used. This information is tied to your account and is necessary to provide the Service.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including processing your images and managing your account and credits.
• Process payments and deliver purchased credit packs to your account.
• Improve and develop the Service, including analyzing aggregate usage patterns to identify areas for improvement.
• Prevent abuse, fraud, and unauthorized use of the Service.
• Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support.

4. What We Do Not Do

• We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
• We do not use your information for advertising or to build advertising profiles.
• We do not store or retain images you upload after processing is complete.
• We do not use your images to train AI models or for any purpose beyond fulfilling your processing request.

5. Service Providers

We use the following third-party service providers to operate the Service. Each provider only has access to the information necessary to perform their specific function:

• Stripe — Payment processing. Handles credit card transactions and billing. PCI DSS Level 1 compliant.
• Vercel — Web hosting and serverless functions. Hosts and serves the application.
• Neon — PostgreSQL database hosting. Stores account data, credit balances, and usage records.
• Replicate — AI image processing. Processes images for background removal. Images are sent to Replicate for processing and are not retained by Replicate after the result is returned.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account information (name, email, credit balance, and usage history) for as long as your account remains active.

If you request deletion of your account, we will delete your personal information within 30 days of your request. Anonymized, aggregate data that cannot be used to identify you may be retained indefinitely for analytical purposes.

Images uploaded for processing are not stored. They are processed in memory and discarded immediately after the result is delivered to you.

7. Security

We take the security of your data seriously and implement industry-standard measures to protect it:

• All data in transit is encrypted using TLS/HTTPS.
• Database connections are encrypted.
• Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and are never stored in plain text.
• Payment processing is handled by Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant — the highest level of certification in the payments industry.

While we implement reasonable security measures, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Access — You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Correction — You may request that we correct any inaccurate or incomplete personal information.
• Deletion — You may request that we delete your account and all associated personal information.
• Portability — You may request a copy of your data in a commonly used, machine-readable format.
